Temperature models of the thermal envelop of a refractory-lined vessel can be used to identify hazardous conditions via comparison to physics-based models and can even be used to evaluate lining integrity while the process is in operation and from the outside using non-contact sensors.

Our experience is predominately in the use of LiDAR, infrared, and camera-based sensors as inputs for photogrammetry. We intend to meeting whatever our customers specifications are. 3D Models can be embedded in basic .pdf reports or hosted on a password protected cloud-based viewing platform. Additionally if higher security is necessary this viewing platform can be upgraded to an “on premises” installation.
